Nuclear and radiation safety

Joint Stock Company "Saint-Petersburg "IZOTOP" conducts activities on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and requirements of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Ensuring Nuclear and Radiation Safety:

• Scheduled radiation monitoring at all places where radioactive materials are handled: both during transportation and in transfer points
• Transportation of radioactive materials in certified containers with appropriate marking according to pre-agreed routs
• Strict control and accounting of radioactive materials in accordance with regulatory documents that are currently in force
• Carrying out of special emergency response trainings and measures focused on personnel and population protection.
