Quality System

The highest priority is maintenance of nuclear and radiation safety when also ensuring quality of works performed by the JSC "SPb "IZOTOP".

The main objective of ensuring quality of works is unconditional realization of criteria and principles of safety maintenance established by Russian regulatory documents governing safety aspects in the area of nuclear power use taking into account International Atomic Energy Agency safety requirements. Besides, the enterprise Izotop aims for maximum customer satisfaction.

The priority areas in the quality management system of Joint Stock Company "Saint-Petersburg "IZOTOP" are:

• Systematic analysis of current and prospective requirements and expectations of consumers and objective assessment of their satisfaction with our services;
• Planning and implementation of coordinated range of works on continuous improvement of quality of our services, production and management processes;
• Continuous improvement of skills and competence of the personnel involved in managing and performing functions
• Participation of all employees of the JSC "SPb "IZOTOP" in works on improvement of production processes and quality of offered services
• Motivation of the personnel and creation of working conditions providing quality and safe performance of works; maintenance of mutually profitable partnership relations with our suppliers and customers.
