The main objective in the area of work safety of Joint Stock Company "Saint-Petersburg "IZOTOP" is maintenance at a high level of safe working conditions enabling mitigation of impact of harmful factors on company’s employees.

On the basis of established objectives and goals the following areas of activities are of special importance:

• Obligatory compliance with laws and state regulatory legal acts
• Just-in-time training of employees of the enterprise in safe working practices and their professional improvement
• Raising of personal responsibility and promotion of each employee for safe performance of works at his or her assigned work area
• Wide use of personal and collective protective equipment
• Enhancement of health monitoring of company’s employees
• Introduction of new pactices for safe performance of works providing reliable and accident-free operation of equipment and motor transport

Joint Stock Company "Saint-Petersburg "IZOTOP" carries out the following arrangements to solve problems in the area of work safety:

• Reduction in working places with harmful and dangerous factors by means of regular attestation
• Providing meaningful evaluation of production risks, their realization and control of measures for preventive risk mitigation
• Holding personnel training in the special program approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection
• Creation and implementation of the effective program of monitoring (production control) of the compliance with requirements of labour and industrial safety.
